Position: Professor of Management Systems, Academic Director INDEX
Professor Roger Maull is Professor of Management Systems at the University of Exeter’s Business School. He brings his experience and extant networks from leading three Digital Economy Network+ grants: NEMODE, CREDIT and DEAS. As Director of the Institute for the Digital Economy at Exeter (INDEX) and a core member of the management team of the DE Next Stage Centre, DIGIT, he brings considerable experience of working with the DE community and identifying the emerging research challenges. Work on the three previous N+ has shown him the potential for digital economic models to exacerbate societal inequalities, and that to ensure a more equitable future society these inequalities must be addressed. He has edited the leading European journal in his field (IJOPM) and published over 130 papers including outputs in the two leading US journals: Journal of Operations Management and the Journal of Supply Chain Management.
