The Digital Youth Work Research Hub was honoured to attend the XVIII International Tool Fair “Tech-tonic Motion in Learning” in Reykjavik, Iceland. The event gathered 118 participants from 35 countries, fostering discussions on digital transformation in youth work.

TF Talk by Dr. Alicja Pawluczuk, founder of the Digital Youth Work Research Hub, titled “From Ambiguity to OMG – What Am I Doing? – A Shame-Free Guide to Digital Transformation.” Dr. Pawluczuk’s keynote explored the complexities of digital youth work, emphasising the importance of embracing uncertainty and trial and error in digital transformation. Her approach encouraged youth workers to navigate the digital landscape without fear, fostering digital equity and inclusivity.
