• Adapt workshop content: Change the focus of training sessions based on participants’ feedback, ensuring the skills being taught are directly useful to their daily digital experiences.
• Adjust timelines and resources: Recognise when certain communities need more time or different resources to engage fully, and modify project timelines or add support as needed.
• Recognise and try to address emerging barriers: Stay alert to new issues, such as online harassment or digital access problems, and find ways to address them quickly and effectively.
• Create open channels for feedback: Ensure that participants feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and that their input directly informs project decisions.
